python2.4 and unknow error

I'm on Gentoo x86_64 and I've installed latest cpushare package 0.48 using latest available ebuild-46-r1 all works fine but in the log file i see several times this and this is repeated  every  minutes  for all the 4 cpu...
I've 4Gb of ram (3 free) so this may not be a limit... but my sell offert sets ram to 500 mb, why here is 724xCPU ???
someone could help me?
